Robert T. Keenan, MD, MPH, is Assistant Professor of Medicine at Duke University School of Medicine in the Division of Rheumatology and Immunology and is a Captain in the United States Air Force Reserve Medical Corp. He also serves as Medical Director of the Duke Infusion Center. He is involved in clinical outcomes research, specializing in crystal arthropathies, seronegative arthritis, and inflammatory eye conditions. He trained in internal medicine at Saint Louis University Hospital, rheumatology at the NYU Hospital for Joint Diseases, and received his MPH degree from the University of North Carolina. Dr. Keenan’s publications include peer reviewed articles and book chapters on hyperuricemia and gout.
